I'm a sucker for plaid shirts and stripes. So when I saw this one for only fifteen dollars I just had to get it. Not to mention it has one of my favorite colors in it. I also love how you can dress up and down plaid shirts. 

Lately, I've been really into bracelets lately (I usually only wear the same pair of earrings 24/7 and the same necklaces every day) and they are these customized bangles from Trendy Touch (follow them on instagram!) They customized mine with a outlined heart and another one with the initials CA for California (because my heart is in California). Lush Favorites

Today we're kicking things off with some hair and skin talk. I cut my hair short over a year ago and it has grown a lot since but I have dyed it and bleached it a few times so I needed some hair products that will help strengthen my hair again. My favorite products are all from Lush (because my cousin worked there and gets 50% off (; ) 

I have very oily skin which gives me oily hair so I love using I Love Juicy Shampoo (not pictured) because it lathers well and cleans throughly. I have been using the same bottle for almost a year and I still have just under a half of the bottle left. After I shower I dry my hair with a cotton T shirt (it's less harsh on the hair) until its a little damp then I apply just a pea size amount of leave in conditioner (my favorite is R&B) that controls my frizzy hair and leaves my hair smooth. 

To tame my split ends, I love using Shine So Bright because right after I apply it, I can feel the difference! It leaves my hair unbelievably soft and keeps my hair in place.

Now it's time to talk about my favorite face products. Mask of Magnaminty is probably my favorite deep cleansing face mask. I can literally feel the fresh peppermint reach deep down my pores, giving me a tingly-clean sensation.

Provo Canyon Adventures

My new friend Izzy and I explored Provo Canyon and took some cool photos. I'm in looooove with these and couldn't wait to share them with you all! 

I'm not sure if you noticed but I've been switching up my glasses a lot and I really wanted to talk about this company called Polette. They contacted me and offered me a great opportunity to choose a glasses frame a month and this month's frame is definitely my all time favorite. It's called the ABC frame and its half black and half transparent. I've never had a pair of glasses like this but I'm glad I decided to branch out and try this style!

Polette lies on a simple yet groundbreaking idea: being the only intermediate between the factory and the customer. The frames and lenses are provided straight from their workshop, therefore there is no stock nor intermediates to high margins. 

What I love about Polette is their fast shipping, high quality frames, and their wide range of frames! If you're looking for a pair of glasses, definitely check them out! :)

Ivie Juice Bar

Two words: Açai Bowl. 10x better than a parfait. 

I met up with Allexis (Life Of A Coyfish) and we went to Ivie Juice Bar since it was Allexis' first time. I've never gotten an Açai bowl before so we both decided to try it. We both ended up with the Brazil and wow, it was DELICIOUS. I will definitely come back another time and try the other açai bowls. 

Ivie Juice Bar is just in Downtown provo on University Avenue. They just opened a few months ago and I hope they stay for a long time.

Joe Scrub

 I have problem skin so I am always looking for new products to help. I had never heard of coffee being used in skin care products, so I was excited when Joe Scrub contacted me and asked me if I wanted to try it! I love the smell of coffee so this was perfect. Its so easy to use, and leaves your skin so soft. You only need a little bit, so this bag will last you a while. If you want a great product for a smooth and healthy feeling skin, this is it! 

This coffee scrub consists of organic coffee grinds and organic cacao that stimulates and increases blood circulation, releasing toxins helping to tighten skin, leaving the skin toned and even. There's also organic coconut oil that hydrates your skin, leaving it baby soft. This scrub is not only for your face, but also for your body! I would definitely try it out :)

This past weekend I was given the opportunity to attend Provo Fashion Week for the first time ever thanks to Celestial Shine Magazine. I had such a blast and got to see so many talented designer's works!
